About Me
My first full time job was in the biggest casino in ex: Yugoslavia and one in the biggest in southern and eastern part of Europe as dealer and inspector on live games – Roulette, Black Jack etc.
Second job was also in very big casino when I decided to change the job.
Z39Z on HF
In the past I was very active mostly on HF.
My favorite bands were 80 and 40 metters where i worked almost everything i heard. I worked even WAZ Zone 1 and 31 on 80 which are very hard to hear and even harder to work. First stations I worked from this zones were KL7XX and AH6NF at the end of 90's.
Z39Z - 50 MHz
First 50 MHz qso's i made with 4 watts home made transverter and vertical antenna. Interesting thing is during that summer the most of the stations were heard and worked without any problem were from South Africa.
In contests i am part of Z3A contest team.
Z39Z - VHF 144 MHz
First activities were in the most popular ex Yugoslavia contest Tesla Memorijal in july 1982.
We worked from good location which is 1700 meters above the sea level about 40 km away from my city.
At that time we had just FT 221 and about 10 watts in 11 el. yagi antenna.
Z39Z Abroad
Most of my activity from abroad were from the 4O3A famous contest location.
First time i was there for ARRL CW contest in 2002 when i worked as 4O6A.
From 2002 to 2015 I've been there 10 times.
Z39Z Awards
So far I have received several hundred international diplomas, among them the most important are those for winning first places in the world and Europe.
But still my favorite is the diploma awarded to me by RADIOAMATERI magazine in 2003 entitled --- LEADER IN FRIENDSHIP.
This magazine awarded diplomas to prominent people in the world for leaders with hight technical knowledge and I was the first to be awarded with the diploma LEADER IN FRIENDSHIP
